ARTS SOCIETY Didsbury's Not For Profit Society of 2015!

The Mountain View Arts Society is a group of volunteers in Didsbury and the surrounding region who support the arts, whether by hosting events or facilitating in the promotion of artists, musicans, writers, and dancers in Mountain View County.
Contact any member of the Board of Directors if you would like to volunteer with the Society, or participate in one of our events.
We invite you to buy a membership in the Society and help us promote arts, culture and heritage in Didsbury, Olds, Sundre, Carstairs, and Cremona Alberta, and their surrounding communities.
Coming Events include the Art Show & Sale held during the Didsbury Trade Show in April and the Mountain View Arts Festival in September. Tell us your event and we'll help promote it too.

Sundre Art Show

Description: Art Show and Sale, April 28 and 29. Free admission, door prizes, refreshments.

Symphony Chorus
Host: Bethel Church
Description: New West Symphony Chorus in concert (70 member choir and orchestra). This is a great experience for the whole family to enjoy a fantastic Choir and Orchestra experience. The music is Jesus Centred of all different kinds of genre. The group is based in Calgary and would be considered semi-professional. Great time making it easier for families with children to attend. You can check out their website at for more info. The Bethel Church is located at Hwy 580 and Range Rd 30 - South of Carstairs on Hwy 2A, west onto Hwy 580 for about 20 minutes. Right into the parking lot just before RR 30. Free admission.

Brooke Wylie Concert
Host: Carstairs Heritage Centre
Description: The museum's Concert Series continues with Brooke Wylie. Tickets are $20/adult with light snacks and beverage included. Doors will open approximately half an hour before the start time. Concert Series are held the last Sunday of every month between September and May.
