Host: Olds United Church
Description: 4th Annual Gigantic Fabric Sale and Quilt Show and Sale! Friday, May 11 - 1 - 7 pm Saturday, May 12 - 10 am - 2 pm Huge selection of fabric, wool, sewing notions, lace, quilting materials, zippers, books, etc. All fabric $1.00/metre. Come early for the best choices. $5/bag sale (bags provided). A portion of the proceeds of this sale will go to our continuing mission work in Roatan, Honduras.

Neighbourhood Party
Host: Carstairs Heritage Centre
Description: An evening of food, fun, and friends! Visit with the community's service clubs, sports organizations, community organizations, and health groups. Please contact 403.337.3341 for information or register online for table rentals online with ActiveNet or contact sharonkatcarstairs.ca. The museum will be there sharing a table with the Historic Book Committee. If you would like to purchase the next volume (III) or the last volume (I and II), you will be able to do so at this event and if you have any questions, volunteer Anne Strilchuk will be happy to answer them. Joelle will be there with the ring toss, and some prizes.
