The Mountain View Arts Society is a group of volunteers in Didsbury and the surrounding region who support the arts, whether by hosting events or facilitating in the promotion of artists, musicans, writers, and dancers in Mountain View County.

We invite you to buy a membership in the Society and help us promote arts, culture and heritage in Didsbury, Olds, Sundre, Carstairs, and Cremona Alberta, and their surrounding communities.
Coming Events include the Art Show & Sale held during the Didsbury Trade Show in April and the Mountain View Arts Festival in September. Tell us your event and we'll help promote it too.

Comedy Night
Host: Pawsitive Haven Animal Rescue
Description: Everybody loves a good laugh and everybody loves pets, so mark February 8th on your calendar and get ready for a fun night with Pawsitive Haven Animal Rescue! This fundraising event will be full of laughs and good times! Proceeds go to the Pawsitive Haven Animal Rescue. Stand-up Comedian Dale Ward will perform. His passion and drive for comedy led him to win the 2017 FunnyFest competition, the 2018 Best Comedian for Late Night At The Plaza, and 2019's Original Comedy Competition! Dale's ridiculous and strange one-liners, odd observations and high-energy style will make you think and laugh! Besides Ward, there will be a surprise guest, and after the show, there will be a live band! Tickets are just $30 for all this great entertainment AND beef-on-a-bun supper. Tickets can be purchased at the Didsbury Saloon and the Pawsitive Haven Animal Rescue. There's a 50/50 draw and Silent Auction as well.
Location: Didsbury Saloon, 2014 19th Avenue - Doors open at 5:45 pm with dinner at 6:30. Entertainment starts at 7 pm.
