Work and Live Balance
Host: Community Engagement Site
Description: A workshop designed to provide the tools required to effectively manage the struggles we face in our day to day lives with reduced stress and a strong sense of purpose in our personal and professional endeavours. This is an opportunity to participate in a comprehensive, science-based program that equips parents and educators with fundamental tools to help them navigate their own internal world before taking on the challenge of passing these skills on to students and children.
