ARTS SOCIETY Didsbury's Not For Profit Society of 2015!

The Mountain View Arts Society is a group of volunteers in Didsbury and the surrounding region who support the arts, whether by hosting events or facilitating in the promotion of artists, musicans, writers, and dancers in Mountain View County.
Contact any member of the Board of Directors if you would like to volunteer with the Society, or participate in one of our events.
We invite you to buy a membership in the Society and help us promote arts, culture and heritage in Didsbury, Olds, Sundre, Carstairs, and Cremona Alberta, and their surrounding communities.
Coming Events include the Art Show & Sale held during the Didsbury Trade Show in April and the Mountain View Arts Festival in September. Tell us your event and we'll help promote it too.

Showcase Didsbury
Host: Town of Didsbury Events and Programming
Description: Sometimes you might think Didsbury is just another little town, but you might be surprised at all the things that go on here. Newcomers to our community also want to know what kind of events and activities they can get involved in. That's where Showcase Didsbury comes in! This annual event is a celebration of our community. It's an evening of getting to know your community, being educated about what services are available in Didsbury, and how you can get involved! Organizations that have set up display booths in the past include the Lions Club, FCSS, Fire Department, Mountain View Arts Society, Curling Club, KidSport, Didsbury Historical Society, Youth Justice, Elks Lodge, Chamber of Commerce, Centennial Trail, 5-0 Club, Welcome Wagon, Didsbury Fun Hockey, Municipal Library, Agricultural Society, Gymnastics, Citizens on Patrol, Jazzercize, Rosebud Health Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Army Cadets, R/C Fun Flyers, schools and churches, and many more! Organizations note: There is no charge to take part in this event and all community groups are urged to participate.
