- Description: Kids! Join the Gardening Club and enjoy a variety of gardening, crafts and activities FOR FREE! The Mountain View Family Resource Network is bringing the Kids Gardening Club to your community! Start your kids learning about gardening at an early age! Register your child(ren) ages 7 for this fun Gardening Club that takes place once per month (twice per month for July and August) and enjoy a variety of crafts, gardening and activities! Start your kids learning about gardening at an early age! Gardens are where children's imaginations engage nature, and the result is joyful learning. Gardening helps children develop an appreciation for the natural world and build the foundation for environmental stewardship. Unless stated otherwise, times are from 10:30 am - 12 noon. Dates are: Saturday, April 22 Saturday, May 27 Saturday, June 24 Wednesdays, July 12 and 26 Wednesdays, August 9 and 23 Wednesday, September 6th from 3:30 - 5 pm Space is limited.
