- Yoga Classes
- Host: Breton FCSS
- Description: Tuesdays from January 16 to April 30. Fee: $2 per class, Drop-In. Instructed by June Knobel. Gentle Flow Yoga can assist with helping to strengthen and relax the body and the mind. You will be taught pose sequences, meditation and breath work, which also promoted flexibility, balance, as well as mind and body wellness. Please bring a yoga mat, water, one to two yoga blocks, a bolster and a blanket. Some equipment will be available for those who would like to try the class. All adults welcome. Child care not available. Novice to experienced. Program geared for 55 plus, but all are welcome.
