- Description: This chair yoga (and modified mat) session will progressively get more challenging in poses and exercises, while ensuring participants are working within their physical comfort zone. Following supper, stay for a 30and8209minute presentation by Mark Willdig, who will share stories from his remarkable work with helicopters and airplanes, including his experiences fighting forest fires and supporting Heliand8209ski operations.
